The Role:
Live Nation's Media & Sponsorship division is in search of a highly motivated, organized and most importantly, enthusiastic individual who is interested in working within the very heart of the entertainment industry!
To maximize sales, this position will support the Local Sponsorship Sales Director, oversee the fulfillment of local, regional, and national accounts by ensuring the delivery and tracking of contractual elements, while providing excellent customer service. This Part-Time - Coordinator will also be responsible for managing all sponsorship inventory and finances and will help to develop new sponsorship programs.
Responsibilities:
Assist in facilitating all venue sponsorship programs
Serve as a liaison between venue departments to ensure complete contractual fulfillment (marketing, operations, ticketing, etc.).
Oversee coordination and execution of on-site operational elements including, but not limited to, product sampling, signage, program advertising, video loop inclusion, VIP hospitality, etc.
Work closely with venue management and will be liaise with venue General Manager when on premises.
Manage sponsor ticketing needs.
Serve as on-site contact at shows for all sponsors during events.
Participate in applicable national calls.
Assist in completing all local proof of performance recaps.
Assist in completing national proof of performance recaps following the established national guidelines.
Provide assistance to Director of Sales by cold calling, conducting research, developing presentations, etc.
Qualifications:
BA degree required
Minimum 1-2 years of relative business experience
Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; Salesforce and social media desirable
Strong communication skills
Highly organized
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi task
Creativity
Commitment to excellence
Willing to work shows during nights and weekends
Reliable transportation to and from venue

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
